About Me
Your Favorite Pilates Instructor
I'm a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with a presence in the metro Atlanta area; headquartered in Buford, GA. My continuing education is focused on special populations that can go underserved in a mainstream studio setting, including: the elderly, prenatal and post pregnancy, rehabilitation of injuries, and functional mobility.
I work with all populations and age groups with a specialized focus on dancers and professional athletes. My location affords me proximity to the Atlanta Falcons training facility, elite dance studios, and the multitude of talented teams at Buford High School.
My varied clientele includes the Buford High School competitive dance team, the Ballet Conservatory of North Georgia, dancers from Heather Wayne Performing Arts Studio, members of the Atlanta Falcons, and other prominent figures in the surrounding communities.
My aim is always overall wellness and to give a piece of myself to my client; each and every time.
What to Expect
My focus is on form, cultivating a safe environment, and helping my clients achieve their goals. I want every person to leave a session with me feeling taller, stronger, and better than when they walked in.
In Home Appointments
In home reformers are a luxury and you can bring your favorite Pilates instructor with you. Sessions will not lose any integrity based on the environment. I arrive on time, ready to work, and completely focused on your workout.
